CHOOSING THE RIGHT LENGTH
Find a string, wrap it around your neck, measure exactly where you want the drop to sit with a ruler or a measuring tape. For any shorter or longer drop length, mention your measurements in the comment section during checkout. Necklace comes with 2 inch extender, so you can easily adjust the length of the necklace.
SHIPPING
All products ship within 2 business days. Complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $35. Orders over $100 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
For custom orders, please allow two extra days of processing/making time. At checkout, you also have the option to choose faster shipping on the drop-down menu. We highly recommend priority shipping; it is faster, secure and is given higher priority during the busy seasons by USPS postal service.
