Shipping Policy

At Veatge, we strive to simplify your shopping experience as much as possible. Currently, we offer shipping only within United States.

All orders ship within 2 business days except custom orders. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

* Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that the provided timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as we have limited control over the carrier once the package leaves our facility. Additionally, the processing time for custom orders is not included in these estimates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Lastly, please be aware that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your order is mailed in our custom compact box or padded envelope. You can track your order with the tracking number sent to you in your email. When you add your phone number during check-out, it keeps you updated on 1) when your order ships, 2) the day it will be delivered to you, and 3) once it is delivered.

We do not ship to any Freight forwarding services address. We also do not allow mail forwarding- in this case, the package is returned back to us. Shipping charges in these cases are non refundable.

- All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

- We have partnered with USPS for Standard, Priority and Express shipping.

- For all orders totaling over $100, signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to the post office, and a notice will be left at the delivery location. In most cases, the mail carrier will make a second delivery attempt the next day. Customers can also collect their packages from their local post office by showing the note that the mail carrier left.

- For orders, more than $150 value and up are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Shipping, which is better, faster and secure compared to the standard free shipping.

- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number that shows the location of your package and when you will receive it. If you have provided your phone number, you will receive a text notifying that your order is delivered. 

- Our standard packing is compact and designed to fit in your mail-box, so you do not have to worry about packages being delivered outside your door when you are away. It also reduces the theft of the package during holiday season.

- Once you provide your phone number during check-out, you will receive the text when your order is shipped and when your order will be delivered. (We strictly do not use your phone for any marketing purpose.)
