CHAIN
• The chain is a Paperclip 925 Sterling Silver or 14k gold-filled chain that is long-lasting and waterproof.
• The default chain length is 18 inches without an extender. Extenders are sold separately. We also offer 16-inch and 20-inch chain lengths at no extra charge. Please add a comment during checkout if you prefer a 16" or 20" length.
GEMSTONES
All of our gemstones are genuine stones. We use natural grade gemstones in all our jewelry.
SHIPPING
All products ship within 2 business days. Complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $35. Orders over $100 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
For custom orders, please allow two extra days of processing/making time. At checkout, you also have the option to choose faster shipping on the drop-down menu. We highly recommend priority shipping; it is faster, secure and is given higher priority during the busy seasons by USPS postal service.
PACKAGING AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS
All our jewelry is packaged in our custom Veatge boxes with care instructions. Your personalized messages are complimentary and will be included on a small greeting card at no extra cost. Gift wrapping with a ribbon option is also available for a small fee.
