All products ship within 2 business days from our Studio in Houston, Texas. Complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $35. Orders over $120 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
For custom orders, please allow two extra days of processing/making time. At checkout, you also have the option to choose faster shipping on the drop-down menu. We highly recommend priority shipping; it is faster, secure and is given higher priority during the busy seasons by USPS postal service.
All our jewelry is packaged in our custom Veatge boxes with care instructions. Your personalized messages are complimentary and will be included on a small greeting card at no extra cost. Gift wrapping with a ribbon option is also available for a small fee. For any other special requests, leave your message in the comment section during checkout, and we will contact you if we need more information.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Returned with all original packaging.

Exchanges
Shopping for the right size online can be tricky, especially with rings. If you need a different size, please message us to arrange an exchange after your first try.

I can't believe this is my 12th purchase! This ring is absolutely gorgeous, and the green emerald is just stunning—I can't stop looking at it! I've had so many compliments on it! Veatge is the only store on Etsy I trust for gold-plated and vermeil pieces. Sure, there are cheaper options out there, but when I get those tested at my jeweler it's mostly fake cubic zirconia on brass or copper! The packaging is lovely, too; it feels so special, so I’m always excited to gift these pieces to my friends and family.
