GEMSTONE:
Sakota Emeralds are natural emeralds from the Sakota mine in Bahia, Brazil. Our Emeralds are hand-picked by our trusted emerald supplier and are made in limited quantities. The color grading of these emeralds is distinct from the more well-known Colombian or Zambian Emeralds. The Sakota emeralds are entirely natural, with every stone having unique natural inclusions.
SHIPPING
All products ship within 2 business days from our Studio in Sugar Land, Texas. Complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $35. Orders over $120 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
For custom orders, please allow two extra days of processing/making time. At checkout, you also have the option to choose faster shipping on the drop-down menu. We highly recommend priority shipping; it is faster, secure and is given higher priority during the busy seasons by USPS postal service.
PACKAGING AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS
All our jewelry is packaged in our custom Veatge boxes with care instructions. Your personalized messages are complimentary and will be included on a small greeting card at no extra cost. Gift wrapping with a ribbon option is also available for a small fee.
