All products ship within 2 business days from our Studio in Houston, Texas. Complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $35. Orders over $120 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

For custom orders, please allow two extra days of processing/making time. At checkout, you also have the option to choose faster shipping on the drop-down menu. We highly recommend priority shipping; it is faster, secure and is given higher priority during the busy seasons by USPS postal service. 

All our jewelry is packaged in our custom Veatge boxes with care instructions. Your personalized messages are complimentary and will be included on a small greeting card at no extra cost. Gift wrapping with a ribbon option is also available for a small fee. For any other special requests, leave your message in the comment section during checkout, and we will contact you if we need more information.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or customized products are not eligible for return.
• All returned items must meet the terms of this policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

Shopping for the right size online can be tricky, especially with rings. If you need a different size, please message us to arrange an exchange after your first try.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging.
